Maybe, since the agency SWORD is involved, the threat is coming from space? Monica Rambeau has a conenction to the Skrulls, the Kree, and Captain Marvel–hinting that this connection will carry on through this show.
The hexagons even fit. They’re part of Kree society and their mind control technique. But then does this mean that hayward is a Kree as well? What is thier master plan?
