Captain Marvel has finally hit theatres around the word and, in spite of what those weird Rotten Tomatoes reviewers have been saying about it, it’s pretty damn good.
Carol Danvers is, as expected, an absolute BEAST and it’s going to be pretty amazing seeing her in the mix with the other MCU heroes in Avengers: Endgame.
Speaking of which, her movie does have a number of obvious connections and potential connections to the fourth Avengers offering – and, in this video, we’ll be telling you what they are.
The likes of Nick Fury, his pager and the Tesseract are all characters and concepts that will be in Avengers: Endgame. While the likes of Phil Coulson, Project Pegasus and the Skrulls may at least get a mention in the fourth Avengers outing.
But the most obvious connection was the mid-credits scene, in which Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff, James Rhodes and Bruce Banner could be seen in the Avengers Upstate New York HQ – along with Nick Fury’s pager.
When the pager died, they were speaking about turning it back on because they wanted to know who was at the other end, when Carol Danvers turned up and asked “where’s Fury?” Cool, huh?! It was awesome to see Earth’s Mightiest Heroes and Captain Marvel on screen together for the first time!
