The end of the Avengers movie series is a bittersweet one. Almost a decade of amazing Avengers films and one-off stories featuring our favorite Avenger superhero have made us fall in love with the A-team so much that we’re struggling to even fathom seeing them go, but the good news is that we have other superheros to look forward to watching save the world like Captain Marvel, who has some pretty big responsibility from the get go.
In the mid credits scene of Infinity War, we see Nick Fury call in Captain Marvel at the last minute before he got dusted along with half the population in the universe. Many fans think that Captain Marvel is the key to beating Thanos while helping the Avengers right the wrongs that occurred in Infinity War. Being her first real appearance in the MCU, she’s got a big job to do! Taking down Thanos! We think she has this covered, especially because we believe she’s actually stronger than the Infinity Stones!
